Fanyaz Refund & Returns Policy

At Fanyaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@fanyaz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fanyaz.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items without original tags and packaging.
